Indu Vashist

Indu Vashist braids together body and land based practices into the various aspects of her life. She is a cultural worker, a Somatic Movement Educator in the tradition of Thomas and Eleanor Hanna, a Hatha yoga and rest practices (restorative, yoga nidra, breathe) teacher. She is also a trained historian, whether it is in the art world, social movement or embodiment work, you can expect to be hit with nuggets of historical facts pertaining to the philosophy of the traditions that we are working/practicing together.
