Lillian O'Brien Davis
Lillian O’Brien Davis is a curator and writer based in Toronto, ON. She has held positions including the Curator of Collections and Contemporary Art Engagement at the Art Gallery of York University and Curator of Exhibitions and Public Programs at Gallery 44 Centre for Contemporary Photography. She holds a Master of Visual Studies in Curatorial Studies and a BA Honours with Distinction in the History of Art and English Literature from the University of Toronto. Lillian has written for publications, such as Canadian Art, C Magazine, BlackFlash Magazine, Peripheral Review, and Insight Magazine. She has curated projects at the Susan Hobbs Gallery, the School of Art Gallery at the University of Manitoba, and the MacKenzie Art Gallery.
